Muscari are commonly known as Grape Hyacinths due to their resemblance to a bunch of grapes. They are one of the easiest bulbs to grow and can be grown in the ground or are great in pots. The most commonly grown colour is blue but they are also available in white, pale pink and even a yellow. The blue varieties though are the easiest to grow so start with these if you are new to bulbs. Plus if you squeeze the flowers really gently they make a delightful squeaking noise.
